NOLET’S BRAMBLE COCKTAIL

This gin cocktail from Tim Wells of Chicago’s Revival Social Club gets a seriously fruity twist with pomegranate syrup and raspberry liqueur.
  
 INGREDIENTS IN THE THE NOLET’S BRAMBLE COCKTAIL

– 2 oz NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin

– .75 oz Pomegranate syrup*

– .5 oz Fresh lemon juice

– .5 oz Raspberry liqueur

– 3 dashes Orange bitters

Garnish:

Lemon slice and fresh basil leaves

Glass:Double Old Fashioned

HOW TO MAKE THE NOLET’S BRAMBLE COCKTAIL

– Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice

– Shake hard for 10 seconds, and strain into a Double Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice

– Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh basil leaves
